Arrived on site at 5pm today. As I approached reception, I was asked to take a seat and that I'll be attended to soon. I waited and waited whilst the manager dealt with other customers who were there before me. At 5.25pm, 5 minutes before closing, the manager asked me what I wanted done. Explained I needed the clutch checked out. He asked his colleague to check the clutch on my car. Colleague reported that it felt fine but needed a road test for further diagnosis. Manager explained that it couldn't be done as they were closing! Question? WHY DIDN'T YOU ASK YOUR COLLEAGUE TO ATTEND TO MY CAR WHILST YOU SERVE THOSE OTHER CUSTOMERS ??? Never again at that Mr Clutch. Poor Service!! Inneficient. Confirming that some men can only deal with one issue st a time

After a quote of £550 from Kwik Fit for front and rear disks and pads, Mr Clutch had fixed price of £360. When I took it in, informed only front required, so charged £160. Two weeks later straight through MOT, will definitely be going back here.
